The Granary FAQs
The space can seat 60 or standing/seated combo up to 75 people. Guests are also encouraged to use the deck and grass areas outside the space for games and socializing, if desired.
Yes. As long as the space is returned to the original level of cleanliness and there no damage to the space.
There is a full-size refrigerator, sink, and general food prep area. There is no microwave or range.
There are 2 unisex, private restrooms within the space. There is handicap accessible down the hall in the main lobby.
Yes. There is a ramp at the north entrance.
Generally. Tables and chairs will be set out in general configuration, but renters can arrange seating to their specific event needs.
Yes. You bring own food and beverages or your own caterer. Cy’s Bar & Grill (onsite) is also available to offer catering options.
Yes. Not-For-Sale Beer, Wine and Champagne can be provided by the host at no monetary cost. Hosts are responsible for monitoring the alcohol consumption of their guests, and need to supply proof of Host Liability Insurance (typically included with Homeowner’s Policy or available for a nominal fee through your insurance agent).
For-Sale Liquor can be contracted via Cy’s Bar & Grill to sell alcoholic beverages in The Granary space.
Please refer to the Rental Agreement for specific details regarding the alcohol policies.
Guests should park on:
- Pine or 5th Streets
- The city hall/library parking lot across the street
- The DMV parking lot across the street (after 4:30pm and on weekends).
There is a handicap accessible ramp on the Hwy. 61 side of the building (back side).
If there are no spaces available, temporary loading/unloading is allowed at the base of the ramp.
There are a lot of areas specifically marked for tow zones. CMP is not responsible for car towing due to the owner’s inability to abide by signs.
Yes. The Wifi security code will be provided the day of the event.
